Minister Cathy was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. By profession, she is a Speech-Language Pathologist and business owner. However, her heart is in ministry. She received her B.S. and M.S. degrees from Howard University in Washington, DC. and now resides in Prince Georges County, MD.
Minister Cathy and her husband, Greg labor together in the ministry. Greg’s background is in social work and he has a heart towards those in need. They travel faithfully by the Grace of God every Sunday to service.
As a young child, Cathy accepted Jesus Christ as her personal Lord and Savior. Family members often speak of when Minister Cathy was in West Virginia with her grandmother. She was 3 or 4 at the time. Grandma Channie fell ill at the kitchen table. Cathy laid hands on her and said, “Heal her, Jesus” and her grandmother instantly recovered.
Minister Cathy is a gifted speaker and has the gift of prophesy. She has spoken at various women’s retreats throughout the U.S. and her focus is on physical, spiritual and emotional healing as well as upward mobility. In addition to ministering, Cathy loves to write and will personally keep the blog updated on the church’s website.
